Kate earned her MBA from Tennessee Technological University and holds a Ph.D. in Marketing and Sales from Kennesaw State University. With a background in marketing, real estate investment, and farm management, she brings a strategic and relationship-focused approach to helping clients navigate the buying and selling process.

Kate has experience across a wide range of property types, including residential homes, luxury properties, farms and acreage, commercial real estate, investment opportunities, and subdivision development. Whether clients are searching for a forever home, waterfront retreat, land to build on, business property, or an investment to support their long-term goals, she is passionate about helping them find the right fit through strong market knowledge, innovative marketing strategies, and personalized service.
